The delivery of housing and crucial infrastructure in an Offaly Town is being obstructed by capacity issues at Uisce Eireann.
Edenderry is one of hundreds of towns facing development restrictions based on the State utility's inabaility to manage water supply demand according to Fine Gael Offaly TD John Clendennen.
He wants to see Uisce Eireann producing a plan to deliver on their obligations.
He says he's open to looking into different options to speed up the process:
