Fianna Fail's Tony McCormack feels there hasn't been enough visits by the IDA to Offaly.
An Offaly TD is calling out the IDA for wining and dining potential clients in Westmeath and ignoring his constituency.
Fianna Fail's Tony McCormack says over the last decade the State body responsible for foreign direct investment has made 245 visits to Westmeath compared with just 45 in Offaly.
The criticism follows similar comments made by Independent rep Brian Stanley in Laois in light of the impending closure of the Leprino Cheese plant in Portlaoise.
Offaly's only IDA site is currently at full capacity and Deputy McCormack is calling for a new investment.
He says the the situation is a bad look for the IDA:
