An Offaly TD says he has successfully secured an extension to a local bus service for students facing summer exams.
The Local Link route 10062, which runs from Stradbally through Portlaoise, Tullamore and ends in Athlone will now run until the end of May.
The end date had been set for May 8th but is being moved to ensure students at TUS Athlone, and the LOETBs in Portlaoise and Tullamore can access transport for their exams and final assessments.
