An Offaly teacher says building an environment to support girls in STEM is a rewarding process.
Sindy Meleady and Aisling Burke's work on the robotics club in Tullamore's Sacred Heart School has earned them this year's Business Post STEM Mentor of the Year award.
They set it up six years ago, with the "Steminists" team winning the Judges Award at this year's VEX World Robotics Championships in Texas.
