Offaly weather man Cathal Nolan has hit back at former Met Eireann meteorologist Evelyn Cusack following her criticism of social media forecasters.
Despite the words of Ms Cusack, Mr Nolan, who runs Ireland's Weather Channel feels he is more than qualified to report on weather warnings and other forecasts, and believes his system is faster than Met Eireann.
He says the Irish system is failing to meet requirements:
