The Oireachtas Housing Committee has its sight trained on the the residential rental sector head of their next meeting.
They're meeting this afternoon in two sessions with representatives from Threshold, the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, the Irish Property Owners Association and the Residential Tenacies Board.
Various issues on the agenda include the lack of available rental supply driving up rents.
