The HSE is dashing people's hopes by not having enough funds for a scheme that assists younger people moving out of nursing homes.
That's the view of the Ombudsman who stated in his Annual Report for 2024 that the health body ran out of funds for the plan for the 'Under 65' programme in Q1 2025.
The programme moved just over 100 people out of nursing homes last year according to the document.
