A charity is offering a free online Menopause Support Group.
Mental health charity Turn2Me is launching a free online Menopause Support Group amid growing concerns over the emotional toll of perimenopause.
Research shows one in ten women experience suicidal thoughts during this phase.
The group will run on July 16 and 23 at 6pm, no referral is needed and all are welcome.
Turn2Me CEO, Tullamore's Fiona O'Malley says the group offers a safe space to share experiences and get support:
