Westmeath have yet to obtain any funding for traveller accommodation.
Just over a third of the traveller-specific accommodation budget has been spent this year, according to the Irish Times.
Only €6.2 million of the €18 million budget has been drawn down by local authorities, over €675,000 of which has been drawn down in Offaly.
Figures revealed in the latest 'Traveller Count' show the number of households living by the side of the road has increased in Offaly, from 31 to 37.
The number of unauthorised homes in Laois has dropped slightly, from 10 to 8, and Westmeath have reported none.
Nationally, the figure has fallen by 11% to 468.
