A Westmeath town will play host to the 17th edition of the show.
A midlands town will be the home of next season's Operation Transformation.
Kilbeggan will be at the centre of the 17th edition of the show, which kicks off on January 3rd.
Five new leaders will have their weekly health-checks carried out at St James Hall, Kilbeggan.
The class of 2024 will be guided by familiar faces among the OT experts: Principal Clinical Psychologist, Portarlington's Dr Eddie Murphy, Dietitian Sophie Pratt, General Practitioner, Laois' Dr Sumi Dunne and fitness expert Karl Henry.
Pat Murtagh, Senior Executive Officer for Community Development & Corporate Services from Westmeath County Council says:
"Westmeath County Council welcomes Operation Transformation to the beautiful Lake County.
We are proud to support our diverse communities by providing opportunities for healthy living, sporting and physical activities. Westmeath, in the centre of Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands, is the ideal destination for outdoor activity and adventure with nearly 100km of scenic greenways, along with woodland walks and our wonderful lakes."
