Longford-Westmeath TD Kevin 'Boxer' Moran will visit the local authority on March 4th over recent flooding.

OPW Minister Kevin Boxer Moran is to meet Waterford city and county council on March 4th over flooding in the county.

The Longford Westmeath TD visited Passage East in County Waterford yesterday to see the devastation left behind from the recent floods.

Residents want permanent flood defence steps and the Minister's promising the local authority will help combat flooding.
