Over 350 Patients Waiting for Beds Today

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected.

358 people are waiting for beds in hospitals nationwide today.

INMO figures show 275 are in emergency departments, while 83 are in wards.

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 85 patients on trolleys. 

That's followed by 34 at both St. Vincent's University Hospital and Tallaght University Hospital
 in Dublin.

There are 13 patients waiting on a bed in the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar - while Portlaoise and Tullamore have no one waiting.
