Over 350 Waiting For Beds In Hospitals This Morning

Almost 250 are in EDs.

357 people are waiting for beds in hospitals around the country this morning.

INMO figures show 248 are in emergency departments, while 109 are in wards.

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 95 patients on trolleys.

That's followed by 36 at both Cork University Hospital and Sligo University Hospital.

There are seven patients waiting for a bed in the midlands - five in Portlaoise and two in Mullingar.
