Circana in Athlone has reportedly notified staff of its intention to cut jobs.
Over 80 jobs are believed to be at risk in Westmeath.
Athlone based company Circana has notified its staff of of a proposal for 86 redundancies.
The data analytics and technology company, which is based in the IDA Business Park in Garrycastle, currently employs around 140 people.
The proposed redundancies are due to come into effect at the end of June 2026 with many roles being moved to Circana facilities in other international jurisdictions.
