The figures come from Q4 of 2024.
Over 2 million euro has been allocated to the Midlands under the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant in the last quarter in 2024.
Laois County Council approved 15 of the grants applications they received and handed out €900,000.
In Offaly €1,000,000 was granted to 24 applicants, while the local authority in Westmeath gave out over €800,000 for 15 projects.
