"Pain Is Still There" Says Brother Of Midlands Woman Who's Been Missing For Almost 30 Years

She was 22 when she disappeared.

The brother of a missing midlands woman says "the pain is still there," nearly 30 years after she was last seen.

Mountmellick's Imelda Keenan was last spotted at the corner of the Tower Hotel and Lombard Street in Waterford on January 3rd, 1994.

She was 22 at that time.
