A planning application is being filed for a new coffee shop in Laois.
Applicant Qiaoyun Ni is seeking to convert a former hairdressers premises at 10 Patrick Street in Mountmellick.
The plans include demolishing a single story extension at the back of the building, with a two story building proposed to allow for access to accomodation above the shop.
A decision is due on April 7th from Laois County Council.
