Kilros Developments Ltd are looking to develop four one-bed apartments arranged as 2 semi-detached, 2-storey maisonettes and 3 three-bed 2-storey, terraced dwelling houses in Rhode.
Plans also include associated parking facilities, cycle storage, landscaping and as well as renewable energy features, site preparation works, and links to public services.
Offaly County Council granted permission subject to 18 conditions.
