Planning permission is being granted for multiple new playgrounds in Offaly.
Mucklagh Playground Committee has announced on their socials that Offaly County Council has granted permission for the development of a new playground at the revised site within Shamrocks GAA Grounds.
The proposed development will include the creation of new play areas, the installation of new boundary treatments, and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
Offaly County Council granted permission subject to seven conditions.
Meanwhile, a new children’s playground at Coolderry GAA Club is also securing backing for construction.
