The derelict former Tesco building in Edenderry is set to be knocked and replaced.

The transformation of a 33 acre site on the main street of an Offaly town could be underway by the end of the year.

The derelict former Tesco building in Edenderry is set to be knocked and replaced, with a public meeting due to take place in the coming weeks to finalise plans.
