Planning permission is being sought for 42 new homes in Laois.
Ormonde Houses Limited submitted the application to Laois County Council for the development on a 1.2 hectare greenfield site on Colliers Lane in Kilminchy, Portlaoise.
The proposal includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, along with a new access road.
The vacant building on the site is also set to be demolished as part of the plans.
A decision on the application is due by July 16th.
