A planning application has been lodged for 66 new homes in an Offaly town.
Applicant Brereton Building Services Ltd intends mixture of houses, including 12 semi detached two storey 3 and two storey two bed homes in Monasteroris in Edenderry.
The proposed development would also have access to the inner relief road, alongside associated.works.
A decision is due by Offaly County Council on August 12th.
