It includes a touchless car wash, a plant room and a water recycling system.
An application for planning is being submitted for a new 24 hour automated car wash in Laois.
The proposed development includes a touchless car wash, a plant room and a water recycling system to reduce water consumption at Lismard Business Park in Portlaoise.
The facility will replace 15 parking spaces, but a parking survey concluded there would still be sufficient capacity.
The site is located behind BD Gym and close to Educate Together Portlaoise in an underused section of the existing car park.
Laois County Council is due to make a decision by the 20th of August.
