2027 Ploughing Championships Rescheduled To Avoid Ryder Cup Clash

The event is set to run from September 21st-23rd next year.

The dates for the National Ploughing Championships next year are set to be moved to avoid a clash with the Ryder Cup.

The 2027 edition of the event will be held at the slightly later time of September 21st to 23rd.

Screggan in Tullamore is set to hold the upcoming meeting from the 15th to the 17th this year.

Assistant Managing Director of the National Ploughing Association Anna Marie McHugh says work is still going on to select the venue for 2027:
