It's in association with the Irish Wheelchair Association.
A book documenting Collective artworks and collaborative poems is being launched in Westmeath.
The book entitled 'Culture Project' was created by the Springfield art group who are part of the Irish Wheelchair association.
The event takes place in the library in county buildings in Mullingar on Wednesday 4th of March at 11am.
Local crime fiction writer Patricia Gibney will be launching the book and says art and its many forms can bring different cultures and people of many abilities and disabilities together:
