Glenbarrow recorded over 51,000 visits last year, ranking 19th among Coillte’s most visited recreational sites nationwide.
The forest is one of the most picturesque areas of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, features four walking trails with waterfalls and dramatic valleys.
Avondale Forest Park in Wicklow tops the list with almost 350,000 visits in 2024.
