It's been organised by Edenderry and Kildare's My Lovely Horse Rescue, and follows the launching of an investigation into animal welfare at a plant run by Shannonside Foods in Kildare.
Operations at the plant have been fully suspended, after footage emerged of horses being severely mistreated in an RTÉ Investigates programme.
