The Offaly school teacher was murdered on the banks of the Grand Canal in Tullamore.
Five people charged in relation to the investigation into the death of Ashling Murphy are in court today.
Jozef Puska was found guilty of the murder of the Offaly school teacher in November of 2023.
His brothers 34 year old Marek Puska, and 35 year old Lubomir Puska, along with Jozef Puska's wife, 34 year old Lucia Istokova, are charged with witholding information which could have led to securing the apprehension, prosecution or conviction of an alleged offender, on dates between the 12th and 27th of January 2022.
While 33 year old Jozefina Grundzova and Viera Gazoiva, who is 38, were charged with impeding the arrest of an alleged offender on dates between 12 and 14 January 2022.
All five are set to have their cases heard at the Central Criminal Court today.
