The General Secretary of the TUI says the 2023 delay of Leaving Cert results could have been avoided.
Leaving Cert results are expected to run late for the fourth year in a row.
This year’s grades were issued about three weeks later than normal, resulting in a last-minute scramble for accommodation.
A lack of examiners contributed to the delay in issuing the results.
