This festive season is the first in two years where staff are getting together in a large social situation.
Drinking too much and telling the boss how to run the business is one of the most common slip-ups at staff Christmas parties.
That's according to CEO of Portlaoise-based Crewit Recruitment, Gary O' Keeffe, who says despite this, 99 percent of parties go-off without a hitch.
