The contracts have just been signed.
Contracts for the refurbishment and fit out of a midlands innovation hub have been signed.
The Monksland Innovation Hub will see works "substantially completed" by February next year.
The project is expected to cost around €4.2 million euro and is being funded by Roscommon County Council and The Department of Rural and Community Development.
Works will include the development of training facilities, a co-working space and a soft landing space for companies starting out.
