A recruitment agency is warning that rising salaries and competition may strain smaller nursing homes in 2026.
The Excel Healthcare 2026 Salary Guide found that employers are expected to increasingly offer sign-on bonuses, recognition programs, and initiatives that support better work-life balance next year.
The report also found that private nursing home fees are rising by 10%.
