Road Deaths Surge As Campaigner Says Ireland Is Failing To Act

183 have died in on the roads this year.

A leading campaigner says 'we're doing nothing' to curb deaths on Irish roads.

Already this year 183 people have died in road collisions, already more than in all of last year.

14 people have lost their lives on Midlands roads in the year to December.

Leo Leighio of the Irish Road Victims Association says there have been lots of promises to tackle road deaths, but nothing delivered.
