A damning report into roads policing has been described as insulting to families of road crash victims.
The independent review found while the majority were professional and dedicated - a ‘noticeable minority ‘ were disinterested, have a poor work ethic and were ignoring offences on purpose.
Mangers also appeared rather accepting of the situation of poor performance and felt their opportunity to manage this was limited.
