Seven of those reviews have now been completed.

Seven reviews into the care of women and babies accessing maternity services at Portiuncula Hospital have been completed.

The head of the HSE has told an Oireachtas Committee these have been shared with the families concerned, along with recommendations.

Five more reviews into the care of women and infants are still underway.
