The community of Edenderry is mourning the loss of well known businesswoman Bernadette Brady.
The passing of a popular Midlands business woman is "a void that will never be replaced."
That's according to Liam Brereton of Edenderry Boxing club and close family friend on the passing of Bernadette Brady.
She is being remembered online by members of the community as 'the most gentle soul' and a 'hard working lady.
Mrs Brady worked as a shopkeeper for over 70 years on Mainstreet Edenderry and passed away in her 92nd year yesterday.
She was Grand Marshall of the Edenderry St.Patricks Day Parade in 2022 after two cancellations due to Covid.
