Six Week Health And Wellbeing Course For Farmers Launches In Westmeath

The event kicks off tonight in Castletown Geoghegan.

A six week intensive health and wellbeing course for farmers kicks off in Westmeath tonight.

Fit Farmers Westmeath are hosting classes in Castletown Geoghegan Community Sports Hub every Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm.

The pillars of the programme focus on nutrition, sleep and stress support for every age group, with full health and fitness checks by qualified nurses throughout the programme.
