A midlands TD believes political inaction threatens the human rights of victims in the north and south.

The Good Friday agreement is at risk due to the strained relationship between Ireland and England, according to Aontú leader Peader Toibín.

The Meath West TD is calling for a meeting to address the legacy bill, as political inaction threatens the human rights of victims in the north and south.

He wants Foreign Affairs Minister Micheal Martin, British Secretary of State for the North of Ireland Chris Heaton Harris and the leader of the DUP, Jeffery Donaldson, to attend the meeting.
