Laois leads the way across the midlands region.
The Tánaiste says new figures from the Help to Buy scheme is "proof" people in the Midlands are benefiting from the policy.
3,300 first time buyers in the region have used the scheme since 2020.
Laois leads the way with 1505, followed by Westmeath at 898, and 794 in Offaly.
