The Tanaiste is paying tribute to three Midlands sisters recovering from serious injuries after a crash on the M9.
The incident led to the deaths of five teenagers who's car was travelling down the wrong way on the M9 near Athy, and crashed into the car of Alma and Niamh Kinsella, Ella Hendricken,, and Alma's seven year old son Yemi.
The family confirmed yesterday they're recovering and feeling better as the days go by, while a GoFundMe page has raised over €800,000 to support them.
Speaking at the National Ploughing Championships in Tullamore, Fine Gael leader Simon Harris says he welcomes the news and wants action taken to prevent such incidents in the future:
