The Oireachtas Committee on Infrastructure and National Development Plan Delivery, which is chaired by Laois Fianna Fail TD Sean Fleming, will hear from the Community and Environmental Protection Alliance on wind energy guidelines.
The group says it represents families and communities affected by industrial wind turbine projects.
Planning capacity, climate targets, turbine noise and the proximity of wind farms to homes are set to be discussed during the meeting.
