Matt Carthy, Willie O'Dea and Peadar Toibin are making the calls.
Three TDs believe the family members convicted in relation to the Ashling Murphy murder should be deported.
Ms Murphy was killed on the banks of the Grand Canal in Tullamore in January 2022 by Jozef Puska.
He received a life sentence in November of 2023.
While a number of his family were given sentences between 20 months and two and a half years last month in connection with the murder and its investigation.
Sinn Fein's Matt Carthy, Fianna Fail's Willie O'Dea, and Meath West TD and Aontu leader Peadar Toibin think the State should move to deport them.
