The Netherlands First Country In Western Europe To Re-Introduce Lockdown

The Dutch have the same vaccine uptake as Ireland.

The Netherlands is set be the first country in Western Europe to re-introduce a partial lockdown. 

It's after over 16,000 positive Covid 19 cases were reported yesterday - despite 88% of the adult population being vaccinated. 

From tomorrow, the hospitality industry and non-essential shops must close at 7pm and people will be advised to work from home.
