Mullingar has the most waiting for their test within the region.
There's now over 10,000 people waiting on a driving test in the midlands.
Figures released to Aontú from the RSA show the Mullingar test centre is the most oversubscribed with 2,720 waiting for a test there.
Over a 1,000 of those waiting are still waiting for a date for their test.
There's also over two thousand people waiting on a test each of the centres in Athlone, Portlaoise, and Tullamore.
