Over 1500 are affected in Westmeath, with 420 customers without power in the Ballinderry area, due to Storm Bram.
Almost 300 customers are affected in Laois, while there's no houses currently affect in Offaly.
ESB are currently working out the issue which affected, with some areas affected until 10:00pm this evening.
