Den Day will aim to raise awareness of the work being done in the Midlands.

Housing charity Threshold is encouraging people in the midlands to get busy building a den this weekend.

Den Day is offering some distraction during lockdown, while also raising awareness and vital funds.

The number of cases the charity has dealt with in Offaly in 2020 is already 70 per cent of the total number last year.

While that's almost 50 per cent in both Westmeath and Laois.
