Tullamore singer Tolü Makay survived a dance-off, while the Laois Rose, Katelyn Cummins sailed through with a standout performance.
Katelyn and her partner earned a perfect score of 40 for their lively 1920s Charleston, which judges praised as the dance of the season.
Tolü and her partner impressed across two routines before defeating Jordan Dargan in the final dance-off of the semi-final.
The result means both ladies are now one step away from lifting the glitterball trophy.
A former Dancing with the Stars contestant is betting on the Rose of Tralee to lift this year's glitterball trophy.
