There's wildfires breaking out in many parts of Europe, forcing thousands to evacuate.

Anyone heading to European holiday destinations is being urged to keep a close eye on weather conditions.

Temperatures have soared above 40 degrees in parts of Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Croatia.

It's led to massive wildfires in many parts, with thousands being evacuated.
