Tributes are being paid to a teenager who died following an e-scooter collision in Carlow town on Monday night.
Janis Ghirghircic Ozols died after he and his friend fell from an e-scooter on Carpenters' Way.
The second teenager involved in the incident was treated at the scene.
Janis' funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow afternoon.
