Liam Currums and Sean Lowry are part of the look at peat production in the midlands

Two All-Ireland winners with Offaly will feature in a special edition of Nationwide, marking the end of peat harvesting in the midlands.

Liam Currums and Sean Lowry both worked in the ESB power station in Shannonbridge, which ceased production at the end of 2020.

It's to air at 7pm this evening on RTE One.
